The other day i was on reading an article about how some people
got really offended by the
Microsoft commercial of some throwing up. I decided to go on
YouTube to see what the hype is all about.
Out of curiosity, I decided to watch some of the very first
commercials by Microsoft. I found some pretty amazing ones and
some lame ones and also some really old ones.
"They did what they had to do, they screamed it, rapped and danced to it. Eventually, they got it done. "
Like this one of the MS-DOs5, You can see the excitement over
the 45kb of memory, and yeah you read that right 45kilobite. I
had a good laugh.
Although all of these commercials seem so outdated and the
features they advertise doesn't seem to make sense now, it makes
me wonder what the next generation will think of what we call
the innovative ideas right now.
Watching these commercials makes me think of those little steps
that were taken back then in the ****80s***** that has brought
about one of the most successful firms of our time.
They did what they had to do, they screamed it, rapped and
danced to it. Eventually, they got it done.
So even though the little steps didn't make sense anymore, they
did everything they could to make something come out of it.
Another prove that every adventure begins with a step... in the
right direction. Just something to think about.
